By using Posira, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old to use Posira. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use Posira.
Posira is a LinkedIn operating system that uses AI agents to write authority-positioning content, monitor target accounts, and automatically detect warm signals to initiate context-aware DMs. You may use Posira only for your internal business purposes. You must not use Posira for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
To use Posira, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not use Posira to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or scraping. You must not use Posira to interfere with or disrupt the operation of LinkedIn or any other third-party service.
Posira and its AI agents are owned and operated by Posira Inc. All intellectual property rights in and to Posira, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Posira Inc.
In no event shall Posira Inc. be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of Posira.
Posira Inc. may terminate your account and access to Posira at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must cease using Posira and destroy all copies of Posira in your possession.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Posira Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, without notice. Your continued use of Posira after any changes to these Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive any termination of your account or access to Posira.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Posira.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
